Terms of Use

These terms cover the agentyllo.com website, the downloads it hosts, and the registry.agentyllo.com service (“the Services”), operated by Agentyllo (“we”).

1. Software

The Agentyllo plugin and the Agentyllo Local AI companion are free software released under the GNU GPL v2 or later. They are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Your use of the plugins on your own site is governed by the GPL, not by these terms.

2. The model registry

registry.agentyllo.com serves a signed JSON manifest (model identifiers, prices, prompt-pack versions, verified download checksums). It contains data only — never executable code. The registry sync is off by default and runs only when you enable it or press “Sync now”. We may change or discontinue the registry at any time; the plugin keeps working from its bundled snapshot if the registry is unreachable.

3. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Services, or use them to distribute unlawful content. We may rate-limit or block abusive traffic.

4. Third-party AI providers

If you configure OpenAI, Anthropic or a local endpoint inside the plugin, your use of those services is governed by your own agreement with each provider. We are not a party to that relationship and never receive your keys or conversation data.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Services. The plugins’ assistant can make mistakes; always verify important information (prices, availability, legal or medical matters) through official channels.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated terms.
