Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 September 2026
This policy covers agentyllo.com and registry.agentyllo.com.
What we collect
Website & downloads: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp), kept by our hosting provider for security and capacity purposes and rotated automatically. No analytics or advertising trackers, no cookies.
Registry requests: when the plugin fetches the signed manifest (only when you enable the sync or press “Sync now”), our server receives the standard log data above. The request carries no site URL, content, keys, plugin version or visitor data.
What the plugin does on your site
The Agentyllo plugin stores its data (knowledge base, conversations, consents, statistics) in your own WordPress database. We have no access to it. If you configure OpenAI, Anthropic or a local endpoint, conversation data is sent to that provider under your agreement with them — see the “External Services” section of the plugin readme for exactly what is sent and when.
Legal basis & retention
Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Services, and are retained only as long as needed for those purposes. We do not sell or share personal data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, or erasure of, the limited log data we hold. Contact us and we will respond within the statutory time frame. For data the plugin holds on a site you visit, contact that site’s owner — they are the controller.
